Job DescriptionAre you looking for a career with a purpose? The Workforce Initiatives Advisor's function includes driving the strategic and operational imperatives of Workforce Initiatives and building highly successful relationships that provide employment services and training to underserved communities. You will develop and maintain critical statewide collaborations and partnerships with government, non-government, and nonprofit national organizations. The Workforce Initiatives Advisor will develop pipelines of talent that will lead to thousands of people accessing meaningful employment opportunities. You will leverage Strategic CVS Health Business Leaders to identify partnerships and opportunities at the state and local level to creatively meet business talent needs.The successful candidate will be able to: -Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders-Identify potential strategic health, education, and workforce partnerships and initiatives across the business -Nurture and influence stakeholder both internally and externally toward desired goals and outcomes. -Manage a budget -Serve as the point of contact for state, and regional external relationships/partnerships with government and community leaders-Lead and manage a teamTerritory covers Central Pennsylvania, and Upstate New YorkPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
