Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst role with CVS Health's [describe group, e.g. Digital Consolidated team, Specialty Pharmacy team] that is driven by a vision to "improve the quality of human life" of those we serve by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable and easy to access. This individual will assist the Business Analysis Manager and/or other senior team members to complete requirements elicitation and related tasks throughout the project lifecycle.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 7+ years experience eliciting and documenting business, functional as well as non-functional requirements; translate ambiguous, complex business problems into clear, measurable requirements- 5+ years experience assisting senior resources during the business analysis effort on large sized projects- 5+ years of Salesforce experiencePreferred Qualifications- Work autonomously on small to medium sized projects including: planning, requirements management, elicitation and analysis- Play a leadership role in business problem solving- Drive innovative technology solutions aligned with CVS Health's business strategies.- Provide mentoring and feedback for junior Business Analysts- BA experience in the Healthcare industry- Salesforce ExperienceEducation- High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experienceORA Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IT, IS, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or closely related technical fieldBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
