Job DescriptionWork within a team of combined Grievance and Appeals systems. Receive incoming calls from membership, family members or providers needing to file an appeal or grievance. Responsibilites include Verify callers enrollment with Mercy Care Plan.Obtain accuate demographic information from member and Mercy Care systems.Verify information such as members who receive special assistance or Mercy Care Advantage members.Document accurately member's reason for municate effectively with membership and peers.Special projects as assigned or needed.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.90Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
