Job DescriptionWe are looking for an innovative thought partner who has a strong program management skill set to serve as a key contributor on enterprise-wide initiatives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of high-profile initiatives .This role is an outstanding fit for an out-of-the-box problem solver who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning, self-motivated, results-oriented, and high-energy who can easily function in a high demand, performance driven this role, you will be responsible for managing numerous complex programs and projects that may span multiple lines of business and/or have significant dependencies on other large projects. Assignments are highly complex, have major associated risks with executive visibility, and can be sensitive or widely varied requiring proficient judgment in applying and adapting advanced project management techniques.Specific responsibilities include: Responsible for leading large projects and/or programs. Oversee the successful collection, definition, and documentation of all project/program requirements. Clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all members of the project team. Obtain and define staffing requirements and forming project teams. Assess project performance and implementing changes as necessary to ensure the projects remains within specified cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives. Develop metrics, procedures, objectives, and methods to assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectives. Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop a business case, benefits realization plan, and operational transition plans to ensure business goals are obtained. Conduct project and program kick-off meetings. Establish program governance and lead executive status/escalation meetings. Ensure all project team members have the tools and training necessary to perform effectively Record, track and communicate issues, risks, changes, and status reports. Ensure all required project and program documentation are completed, approved, and posted for audit. Ensures accurate and consistent forecasts of project labor, material, and contract costs on all projects. Drive all project and program tasks to completion with quality. Develop and maintain up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans. Communicate status of all projects to stakeholders and management. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project and program sponsors, key stakeholders, vendors and key clients. Provide creative and innovative approaches to meet project and program objectives. Capable of resolving critical and politically sensitive issues with minimal guidancePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
