Job DescriptionAs a Medicare Part D Finance Sr. Analyst, you be required to complete the two annual CMS mandated reporting functions: DIR - Direct and Indirect Remuneration and MLR - Medical Loss Reporting. Additionally, you will work directly with internal business partners to understand the full scope of both of the reporting functions, therefore proficiency in managing and leading projects as a subject matter expert is necessary. This position will also be involved in taking over additional MedD regulatory reports in the future as well.Success in this role will require SQL, Access and Anaconda/Python coding and debugging experience as well as excellent email and spoken communication skills, a willingness to partner cross functionally with internal and external business partners, proven time management skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time. This opportunity is with the CVS Health Medicare Part D business and therefore will require a constant focus on maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations. Great attention to detail in a must in this position as accuracy is critical to the achievement of the financial goals set by the organization.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications2+ years' experience with query coding and debugging using Access and SQL. 2+ years' experience with using Excel for financial analysis.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SQL, Anaconda/Python query coding and debugging. Knowledge of Medicare Part D finances and excellent communication and analytical skills. Critical thinking skills are a must and the ability to solve moderate to complex financial issues. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to successfully function in a high volume, fast paced environment and to ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time within an expedient and accurate fashion.EducationBachelor's degree preferred.
