Web Engineering - Senior Analyst

Job DescriptionAs a Web Engineering - Senior Analyst on our team you will focus on building and supporting middleware IBM WebSphere, IBM Http Server on the Main Frame environments. Additional Main Responsibilities include:tAnalysis, design, installation, configuration and providing support for multiple environments.tInstalling, configuration, and administration of Application Servers, HTTP Servers. tSolutions architecture, high availability implementation, configuration, tuning, development and providing operational support. tImpact analysis of increased transactional volume to support future business growth. tWork with application teams to plan and deploy applications on Middleware technologies. tProviding production support and troubleshooting production problems. tConducting configuration, performance tuning, and throttling. tResponsible for the configuration of various applications servers, including IBM WebSphere/IBM Http Server. tInvolved in production incidents, including investigating and resolving performance issues. tApply patches to middleware software, including IBM WebSphere and IBM Http Server. tRemediate security vulnerabilities related to middleware software.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 70,000Maximum: 140,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualificationst4 + years of experience with Design and Administration of Application servers and Web Servers.t4+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere, IBM Http Server Installation, Configuration and Monitoring.t2+ years of experience with UNIX scripting.t2+ years of experience with Github, Squid, Ansible and product automation.Preferred QualificationstInstallation, configuration, automation, maintain, update, manage, trouble shoot, and application deployment to application server environment (Primarily IBM WebSphere Application Server ND)tMonitoring the JVM performance: Heap Size, garbage collection, Threading Pools, tResponsible for Architectural Design and Engineering, Implementation and testing and support of all middleware Environments with respect to High Availability and Disaster Recovery, performance tuning, Java Deep Dive with WebSphere 8.x/9.x, IBM Http Server 8.x,/9.x, ODR, WebSphere MQ, Apache,TLS/SSL, SiteMinder, LDAP, Data Power, WebSphere Extreme Scale, Aix, zOS, Windows, Linux.tExperience in UNIX, zOS, Windows, Linux. tExperience of WebSphere administration, engineering, tuning and architecture of IBM WebSphere family products such as WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment, ODR, IBM HTTP Server, MQ, WebSphere Extreme scale, Data Power, LDAP, apache, SiteMinder. tExperience with was admin script execution(Ansible, Puppet, Chef).tExperience with all aspects of product life cycle from engineering, implementation, maintenance and 24/7 support for all supported products.tSOA, Cloud, Web services, SAML, and J2EE/J2SE Framework knowledge. tExperience with AppD, HP Diagnostics, LDAP, and IBM/Java based tools.tExperience with Java, Shell Scripting, SFTP, SSH etc. tExperience with Domain Registration, SSL Certificate Maintenance, trouble shooting, management, load balancing F5 etc. tExperience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, 3DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing TLS/SSL, Ciphers.EducationBachelors degree or equivalent work experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
