Aetna is hiring a Account Management - Member Engagement (Sr Analyst, Account Mgt) to support the growth of our industry leading Medicare business. Seeking an energetic and motivated candidate for this is a highly collaborative role that will report to the Operations Director. Responsible for utilizing national strategies to assist our sales staff in achieving retention and new sales goals for assigned business or customer segments, products and services in support of profitable growth.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3 years of customer service or account management experience Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
