Job DescriptionThis is a fully remote position.As the NextGen systems platform, powered by key vendor assets including Health Rules Payor and Market Prominence, continues to support our over 3 million members, the NextGen Program Management Office (PMO) will be responsible to align the Program's scope across multiple lines of business and other key constituents to deliver on committed and funded business priorities and investments. As a member of this team, you will work with teams across business, AIS, and Service Operations to support the vision, strategy, and business goals of the Program's investment owners.Key Responsibilities:- Support the PMO Lead in developing the Program's full scope timeline in consideration of all funded initiatives, including approval of the Program investment owners- Support development and approval of the Platform's year over year budget and business case- Support the Platform's Work Intake process- Support all Platform Planning activities, including quarterly release planning events- Manage all Program artifacts as required to ensure efficient process and delivery- Support the creation, maintenance, and management Program communications; including Program Dashboards, Presentations, Risks/Issues/Mitigations, and ad hoc requests for materials/information- Support the Program by overseeing critical testing plan, and ensuring business focus as needed in environment management working with AIS, Program business leads, and key business partners- Support Program leadership in numerous and varied ad hoc requests, including oversight of work, metrics development/reporting, etc.- Support the Program Lead and all business leads via management of vendor solutions, prioritization, contract development/management, etc.- Support Program leadership in ensuring success of deliveryPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
