Senior Paralegal

Job DescriptionBe a part of a premier corporate law department at Fortune 4 CVS Health, assisting attorneys by providing primary legal support and serving as a subject matter expert in connection with the PBM Healthcare Services group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Contract drafting and review consistent with Legal Department standards;- Support attorneys and business teams by managing the contracting process with product teams and third parties providing services to PBM and health plan clients;- Reviewing, drafting, redlining and amending agreements;- Helping to maintain contract forms with the goal of ensuring continuous improvement to the forms and the process for contract requests, approvals, execution and maintenance of legal agreements;- Supporting the business goals and operations of complex programs in the PBM industry as they evolve;- Review and summarize terms and conditions for programs provided by third parties, including pharmaceutical manufactures; - Information management, including the updating of files and electronic data in connection with assigned projects; - Assisting with day-to-day communications and coordinating responses to inquiries from project stakeholders; - Perform legal research of state and federal laws and regulations impacting the PBM and specialty pharmacy businesses;- Monitor litigation and laws and regulations impacting the PBM and specialty pharmacy businesses;- General research, contract administrative management and other related work as may be assigned.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 33.65Maximum: 67.31Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
