Job DescriptionThe Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator is critical to ensuring that candidates have the best experience possible and that Talent Acquisition operations run smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-Supporting 3-4 Recruiters with scheduling interviews (phone, video and in-office)-Working with all stakeholders to ensure that our recruiting process is being followed-Participate in a variety of operations-based projects to help our Talent Acquisition Team to meet and exceed corporate objectives-Work directly with candidates to arrange travel through our internal travel agency and then process their expenses post interview for refund-Work directly with recruiters and leadership to ensure a very positive candidate experience - Potentially using different sites, including our internal database to source for candidates-Maintaining interview and onboarding trackers-Entering requisitions into ATSAbout Our Team:Our current Talent Acquisition Coordinators partner with Senior Recruiters who serve CVS Health hiring managers throughout the United States. They work cross-functionally with a range of teams from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders. It can be based anywhere in the U.S. working from home.This is a contract position.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.90Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
