Job DescriptionThis is a fully remote position.This position will be focused on product development, including design, usability, and function of our customer service tools. This position touches the entire end-to-end journey of a user's interaction, and includes identifying new opportunities for the product.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
