Job DescriptionApplicants must live in the state of NC for onsite trainingWe have a new and exciting opportunity working on our CVS Health Accordant Team Everyone values good health. Accordant's care management programs bring members and their health care providers together to bridge the health care experience. As an Outbound Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with our patients/members to understand their complex medical conditions and explain the available programs that will assist with their care and help improve their quality of life. In this role you will initiate interaction with members through outbound calls, educate the members on our health and wellness programs, and & encourage member to participate. This position will have a focus on continuous learning as our programs vary and you will need this to be able to articulate and educate members on the benefits of the programs. Successful candidates will also have a strong attention to detail as you will need to document the call while speaking to the member taking thorough notes. This position includes helping patients with rare health conditions understand the specifics about the health benefit they are eligible for at no additional cost by communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of the program. Inside sales experience is preferred as the core purpose of this role is to encourage the member to agree to enrolling in a benefit program offered through their health insurance. This position often represents the first impression that the potential new member has of our organization and is critical to sustaining a high level of engagement. This role is a full-time, permanent position. The regular shift would include M-F: 9-6 with one day a week rotating evening shift of 12-9 weekly. Additionally, this role would require the minimum of 6-8 weeks of training in the High Point, NC office. The ability to work from home is based on personal performance. Performance is monitored and measured in accordance to established production goals.
