Job DescriptionSenior Analyst Application DevelopmentJob ID: 2328763BRLocation: WFH Flexible Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst App Dev is responsible for, but not limited to:tMaintaining and supporting applications critical to the operations of CVS Health in Med D Prior Authorization (PA), Carrier Determination & Appeals (CD&A) IT Support Team and Client Grievances (GRV)tTriaging issues with our Fax, Printing and IVR vendorstMonitoring, problem solving, and upkeep of CVS Health CD&A systemstOn-call support 24x7 as neededtDeveloping and implementing technical solutions such as health checks and critical alerts in support of the Production Support Tier 2 applications across multiple applications and across TowerstCompile Case Transaction reconciliationstSME for technical support calls, working on tickets / RCA Review, and managing tickets/ RCA/ DEPs with vendorstMaintaining and monitoring daily / weekly batch jobs and programs in the production environment. tEscalating to Tier 3 support for technical help as requiredtSupporting monthly maintenance activitiestProvides triage analysis, system documentation, monitor, remediate, and post triage support plansPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
