Job DescriptionEnsure cancelled customers are properly cancelled in CRS. Process retros to adjust stop loss. Approximately 50 a month.Identify and manage new and existing account structure for both insured and self-insured Plan Sponsors. Ensures CRS is consistent with CCI. Sets up banking wirelines for self-insured Plan Sponsors. Currently approximately 1,000 customers. Identify structure affected by funding conversions, CSA conversions or benefit changes. Prepares claim retros to move/correct funding of claims and funding accordingly. This can be hundreds of claims per week.Schedule:M-F flexible first shiftPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 83,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Knowledge of the Claim Reporting System (CRS) and Coverage Card Inquiry (CCI)- Identifying opportunities for new data pulls and/or efficiencies in existing reports- Efficiently manage incoming requests for technical or data analysis to support business related issues providing support to various areas of the organizationPreferred Qualifications- Maintaining existing reports/data pulls- Performing tasks to support Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX) audit reviews and compliance- Producing ad hoc reports to satisfy information needs across products, segments, and Business partnersEducation- High school diploma or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
