Job DescriptionFully Remote PotentialThe Product Management Sr. Manager position is responsible for developing and executing digital products / initiatives for Aetna International's internal and external customers. A deep understanding of customer needs analysis is required, with the responsibility of prioritizing digital enhancements that help realize the business goals. This role will partner closely with stakeholders and IT development team to ensure digital product delivery is aligned to the digital design principles.Job responsibilities- Responsible for Aetna International's digital product strategy, vision and the product backlog- Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy and roadmap- Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy - Know your customer; invest significant time speaking with your current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits - Engage in build-test-learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction- Decompose complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the development team (Agile delivery)- Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations - Ensure the successful execution of development standards to ensure tight feedback loops and clearproduct definition- Coach members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out- Consult with business and IT stakeholders during execution of projects to ensure business expectations are being met.- Identify and develop services and service level agreements (SLAs); educate senior leaders on servicerelated information and continually improve related processesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 8+ years of total digital experience including leadership and development managementexperience in core development and delivery areas-8+ years deep knowledge of information technology principles, Agile development methodologies andknowledge of Cloud platforms / applications/ software products or design tools. Experience with AWS, Agile, Website, portals and Mobile apps, abode, cloud-8+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship buildingPreferred Qualifications-Experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment - Experience with UX design advocacy within large business and technology organizations- Healthcare industry experience a plus- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skillsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
