Member Communications Analyst

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for managing the execution of multi-channel communications across all lines of business, including the cost estimates, schedules, team meetings/agenda/recaps, template management, proofing and quality control, invoice validation, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors on execution of communications. This position will initiate and manage multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously, voluntarily taking on the more complex. This position needs to proactively provide feedback on and suggestions for improving operational process and quality control procedures to team and management. As needed, changing standards and procedures to necessitate the continued training throughout the team. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects. Teams involved with coordination efforts include, but not limited to: Brand Compliance, Creative, IT, Implementations, Vendors, Account Teams, Data Targeting, and Member Experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 83,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1-3 years experience in Project Managment Operations Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and SharepointPreferred Qualifications Organizational/PM skills Prior experience in the following industries: operations, communications, print or marketing. Strong Communication skills including ability to present and clearly articulate information to senior leadership levels Problem Solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements Critical Thinking to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information Proven ability to pro-actively engage and influence large, cross functional teams Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis. Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
