Lease Administration Expense Reporting Analyst

Job DescriptionThe Expense Lease Administration Analyst is responsible for expense management and reporting for corporate non-retail leases, including budget, forecast, financial analysis and miscellaneous reporting. You are responsible for lease and abstract reviews, rent commencement and lease payment authorizations and tracking critical dates such as renewals, terminations, and critical dates. Responsible for updating financial systems based on lease language interruption. This role will provide guidance and aid to multiple business segments and non-retail business units. This position will work closely with other areas within the organization to align lease strategies and real estate expenses.  Work with non-retail management and external groups to develop the department's annual budget plan which aligns with corporate and business initiatives. Responsible for managing lease and landlord payments and ensure Lease Admin system is updated accordingly to reflect current strategies. Support multiple department managers with financial reporting, accruals, forecast and budget requirements. Special projects and ad-hoc analysis - prepare financial documentation required to account for all expense costs associated with various initiatives (planned and unplanned), including total occupancy chargeback. Review and interpretate all lease documents, abstracts, and notices.  Quarterly disclosure and business segment reporting Lease administration reporting, including risk & opportunities reporting SOX compliance and tax audits as requiredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
