In this role you'll lead and drive operational excellence in clinical trial studies and help the leadership team establish a culture of quality excellence, and training delivery of the Clinical Trials operations for CVS clinical trial providers and clinical research coordinators. The role will be responsible for continuous improvement and support improvement of key delivery KPIs for the organization. Some specific responsibilities will be designing and implementing a trial delivery training programs, lean implementation, and process design/improvement. Work to be the glue between operations, field leadership, and quality to drive an aligned vision and plan to deliver high quality trial operations. Role will be remote and expected to travel 20% to trial sites and offsite meetings.What you'll do: Quality - Assist to deliver world class trial operations by supporting trial sites with trial delivery training along with problem solving techniques to get to root cause and problems made visible to solve. Delivery - Identifying and executing process improvement initiatives to remove bottlenecks, reduce the number of audit observations, and ultimately meet sponsor needs and successful trial execution. Process Improvement - Leading process improvement initiatives, improving effectiveness field staff, establishing/improving standard work, value stream mapping, creating a shared vision, are some examples of work scope. Project Management - Planning and executing multiple operational improvement projects simultaneously and utilize good project management skills by managing risk, understanding critical path and dependencies to meet project goals on time. Change Management - Lead change at the sites and work collaboratively with stakeholders, manage phase in / phase out of changes, have robust follow through on changes to ensure success. Automation - Work with Conduct Enablement and contributes to the requirements specification development of automation improvements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
