Our mobile apps teams are cross platform - native iOS and Android. You will lead an engineering team in an agile environment building solutions and working closely with Product and UX. The key to the success of this position is having strong and innovative approach to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail on top of a Customer first mindset. We have Engineering Manager opportunities to lead a variety of teams within Mobile - Loyalty and Subscription team or Global Experience team.Your Responsibilities Lead a team to design, build, test, deploy and maintain iOS and Android mobile apps Raise the quality bar of our mobile aps Actively participate in the design and architecture process for new services across teams Instrument your features with metrics and tracing, so you always have a clear picture of how things are operating Participate in code reviews within your team and frequently with other teams Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong consistent engineering culture Work with other departments on collaborative projects Mentor and share knowledge with the teamPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
