Colleagues work not only within our organization but across the CVS Health matrix, acting as one team to achieve our goals, deliver solutions and transform the future.As, the - Key Account Business Development Manager - CTS you will be responsible for delivering on our ambitious multi-year sales plan via direct engagement with high-value major pharmaceutical manufacturers, government and NIH entities, academic and other partners. This role is a high-visibility client and CTS leadership facing position with outside opportunity to impact and grow a new business unit within CVS Health. The successful manager will be a strategic, innovative thinker Responsibilities to include: Own and direct a sub-set of client accounts responsible for realization of sales (project bookings) and expansion of purchased offerings Secure and retain business through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at vital stakeholders/decision makers Analyze potential opportunities and develop sales plans for each Key target account, develop in-depth knowledge of the customer organization Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer Collaborate with internal partners to prepare and lead the sales presentations, present comprehensive proposals, and lead follow-up activities Collaborate with both internal and external technical and clinical stakeholders to garner approvals during the pre-and post-sales processes. Oversee customer satisfaction by consistent communication Record all customer sales related activities in CRM (salesforce) system Represent CVS/CTS at trade shows and other meetings as scheduledPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in Key account management and or Business Development within clinical trials space and or patient recruitment site solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience within clinical research such as: working at research sites, CRO, Big pharma reviewing protocols, recruitment content 3+ years' experience in business development within CTS Work and navigate in a Salesforce-driven environment Communicate in a succinct manner, draft reports, and business plans Comfortable at presenting to senior executives, include C-suite to articulate a deep understanding of product offering and match with client needsEducationBachelor Degree or Equivalent ExperienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
