Job DescriptionThe Telephony Sr. Engineering Manager position for the CVS Health Enterprise manages a team and vendors that installs, implements, and supports enterprise technologies enabling computing environments to meet service level agreements. Set standards and direction for staff to ensure their success enabling the business to achieve superior customer satisfaction.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 10+ years experience with traditional voice technologies, including PBX, voice messaging and automation 7+ years experience with call center technologies 5+ years experience with Avaya and Cisco voice and contact center technologies 3+ years experience with cloud based telephony services 3+ years experience with SIP end points 3+ years experience with unified communications and collaboration solution, including IM and presencePreferred Qualifications Healthcare experience is a significant plus Experience with high call volume and large contact center environments Demonstrated leadership in managing large scale corporate projects and/ortechnical staff Demonstrated skill designing and managing enterprise environments across diverse lines of businesses Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize work based on timeline requirements; ability to adjust work based on changing requirements Ability to work as a liaison with internal teams, managers, other employees, vendors and contractors at all levels of the organization Demonstrable ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-directed Must be able to function well in a fast-paced team environment, with the ability to negotiate as needed when competing priorities exist Strong organizational, leadership and consensus building skills; ability to motivate and lead teamsEducationAssociates Degree OR 10+ years of IT experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
