Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for a General Manager who will be coordinating the pharmacy operations of our Coram location in Wallingford . The General Pharmacy Manager (GPM) will report to a Senior Manager of Operations and will develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence and outstanding customer service within the assigned pharmacy. Partner with other managers and work closely with the nursing team. Resolution of all customer complaints related to the provision of pharmaceutical care. Communicates appropriately with all members of the branch and healthcare team. Limit risk management and safety exposure in the pharmacy. Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, and direct work.
