Job DescriptionPotential for fully remote/ hybrid The Digital Operations team is accountable for content updates across Aetna International's digital channels, driving incremental business value every day. We operate by continuous improvement principles, delivering on time, with quality and exceeding customer satisfaction standards. This role will partner closely with marketing, stakeholders, UX and IT development team to ensure digital product delivery is aligned to the digital design principles.Job responsibilities Ability to execute and support digital assets for business and operational initiatives, including content reviews, updates, and maintenance. Understand web analytics, user experience concepts, content management, email, and other digital products. Contribute to the creation and evolution of content authoring principles, guidelines, and best practices. Communicate standard methodologies for requirement capture and SLAs to key partners. Work in close partnership with UX, digital, IT,marketing, and product management teams driving goals focused on content evolution, scalability, and consistency. Learn and apply CVS health's brand and digital guidelines to digital updates and enhancements. Maintain a strong understanding of brand personality and tone of voice. Influence and lead style guides and design language to help establish clear language and tone. Serve as a guide to business partners through digital initiatives as a SME and clearly articulate how to execute using the available digital tools. Collaborate with subject matter expert and stakeholders for content, reviews, and project requirements. Understand and apply any legal and regulatory requirements to digital asset updates. Ability to work with other members of the org across lines of business. Work with marketing leadership to determine execution steps for digital campaigns across the organization. Ability to solve business problems in a creative, innovative way leveraging. Strong communication and analytical skills around problem solving. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex problems; analyze possible solutions using expertise, judgment, and precedents. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for public websites, portals and mobile app projects. Lead the Accessibility adherence for all digital assets, by participating in accessibility scans and leading the remediation plans. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud, in particular Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 8+ years' experience with using web management tools (specifically AEM and TeamSite), HTML, CSS, XML, desired.8 + years' experience managing large web sites and assets including Adobe DAM5+ years' experience with mobile Apps8+ years' experience with business rule mapping technologies8+ years content management experience.4+ years experience on public and secure websites .Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to work with highly technical teams and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Accessibility experienceEducationBachelor's degree requiredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
