As the Learning Program Owner, you will be responsible for the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the learning curriculum as a critical connection between quality member experiences and successful business outcomes. In this position you will be a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence (ELD&P) within the Human Resources department and reports to the Manager of Learning Program Strategy and Design. You need to have a relentless passion for developing a best in class continuum for improving business outcomes while delivering effective learner-centric solutions. An out of the box thinker with a growth mindset. Basic business acumen and ability to maneuver and scale to a changing environment is necessary for success. You will need to actively seek out innovative learning solutions that will deliver an engaging, measurable, and effective learning experience for colleagues supporting our Specialty colleagues. The Training Program Owner responsibilities include but not limited to: Analyzing business opportunities to identify when training is a solution Ensuring the correct training program design for maximum business impact and performance results Evaluating program effectiveness and learner performance using key performance indicators Aligning as a key, strategic partner with business and HR stakeholders up to Senior Leader levels Partnering with others to deliver curriculum assets Delivering train-the-trainer sessions Tracking project plan, data and requirements using production toolsKey competencies include: Expert ability to communicate with and influence others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience connecting key performance indicators (KPIs) to a continuous learning strategy Knowledge of adult learning principles and design strategies Experience designing effective program evaluation strategies to the L3 and L4 levels Ability to synthesize Key Performance Data and develop data stories linked to L3 and L4 evalution Ability to breakdown complex processes into scalable and digestible chunks for learners working in a remote environment Strong sense to identify priorities, potential tradeoffs, and execution variables specific the business landcape Comfort operating and collaborating in a remote work environment Strong project leadership skills Strong collaborator with active listening skillsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
