Director Finance Transformation

Job DescriptionLeader in CVS Finance Transformation office with following responsibilities: Apply ERP expertise, with strong knowledge of Finance to design, build, optimize, and support solutions in SAP Apply in-depth knowledge of finance and other domains (Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Procure to Pay, Revenue) and identify transformational opportunities Proactively foster business partner relationships to collaborate or gain buy-in on key business process recommendations Lead requirements gathering sessions. Apply ERP expertise, with strong knowledge of Finance to design, build, optimize and support solutions to meet business requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders, from end-users to senior executives, as well as IT to interpret requirements into system-driven outcomes Maintain and execute the ERP project plan (timeline, milestones) in conjunction with the SI vendor to manage all relevant activities, and proactively communicate the plan with key stakeholders and team members Manage relationship with external service providers for solution delivery and application support Keep up-to-date with new SAP or non-SAP technologies and recommend strong value proposition to the business from an efficiency gains, improved user experience, metrics, etc Develop and continuously improve the ERP governance model, including forums, stakeholders, scope, cadence, and RACI Ensure relevant programs/projects are on track, including budget, timeline, and scopePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 227,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
