Job DescriptionCVS Health maintains large data platforms which are continually evolving with new technology and capabilities. The Enterprise Data Platform consists of large on-prem Hadoop and Cloud hosted data environments that manage CVS's line of business (Health Insurance, Retail, and Pharmacy Benefits) data for data science, analytics, and reporting purposes. Many supporting tools and technologies are deployed with these data environments as part of the EDP to support project deliverables.Summary:In the role of a Budget Analyst for our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) train you will work in a fast-paced environment and will carry the responsibility to support teams planning and forecasting for our EDP projects. Your responsibility include creating and maintain our forecast for 40+ resources, working with and providing updates to ITPMO on forecasts, monitor and provide regular updates on overall budget status for all projects to Sr. leadership and business partners, Create reporting and monitor capacity to ensure efficient management of resources across our portfolio of projects, facilitate meetings around budgeting and resourcing and work with our DE/SS/Dev counterparts on capacity and budgets. Responsibilities:∙ Collaborate across teams on budget tracking and managing budgets across projects ∙ Responsible for creating and maintaining forecasts at project and portfolio level and sending out weekly updates to teams∙ Work with teams/business to gather and manage ITPR's∙ Create and distribute burn rate reporting as well as variances to create visibility to leadership on health of project budgets∙ Facilitate individual meetings with team leaders and ITPMO to fix/review clarity and SOW issues∙ Onboard new resources in Clarity and train on how to use∙ Provide business/Sr. leaders with regular reporting to track how projects are performing against budgetPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 70,000Maximum: 140,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
