Sales Administration Manager

Job DescriptionResponsible for supporting Medicare distribution, operations, and marketing activities Collects results and analyzes performance metrics and other trend data (sales, membership, marketing, retention) providing reporting and information to market sales leaders with focus on identifying market gaps and opportunities. Generates data to provide a complete view of market sales performance for opportunities and risk mitigation. Presents data to sales leaders in a manner that is a "call to action" strategy. Provides market performance ROI data for lead programs and sales staff for broker mgr., incoming, and retention activities Document and distribute meeting notes and project updates/requirements. Closes sales leads utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce system to optimize and determine the most appropriate resources. Ensures integrity of all data in the customer relationship/lead management system ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and up to date. Ensures agent monitoring process is complete and data collected appropriately. Maintain and organize files and project dashboard on SharePoint. Assist with onboarding of new team member roles and/or projects Problem solve as necessary. Track issues and outstanding tasks. Provide project status on an ongoing and frequent basis depending on the specific projects need.Demonstrates heart at work behaviors including inspiring trust and putting people firstPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 99,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications>Previous (2-4 years) related telemarketing or direct sales experience,preferably with Medicare.>Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious Healthcare experiencePrevious experience working with the Medicare population.
