The successful candidate will review / evaluate blue prints and designs to prepare estimates for contractors and customers. Experienced Estimating ProfessionalStrong mathematical and computer skills are a must. Knowledge of the construction field, practices, and building materials is required. Professional communication, good follow up and record keeping in our CRM system is an integral part of the job. Candidates will be organized and be able to juggle multiple projects and associated documents at one time. Plus: Material takeoff experience, familiarity with millwork pricing software programs, AS400 and CRM experience.
