California Litigation AttorneyWork LocationCalifornia or remote workJob ResponsibilitiesIndependently or collaboratively handle all types of litigation cases in California, including but not limited to commercial disputes involving cryptocurrencies, Internet contract disputes, and the US ECPA;Represent clients in trials, hearings, mediation, and arbitration proceedings, and develop and implement effective litigation strategies;Write legal documents, including complaints, motions, legal memoranda, and other related documents;Conduct in-depth research and analysis of cases, prepare evidence, and present evidence;Communicate closely with clients, provide legal advice, and ensure that they fully understand the progress and strategy of the case;Coordinate cooperation with other lawyers, expert witnesses, consultants, and relevant stakeholders;Follow the updates of California and federal laws and regulations to ensure the compliance and efficiency of legal services;Other related legal affairs workJob RequirementsHold a valid California Bar License and have a good practice record;At least 3 years of experience in litigation law in California, familiar with the procedures and rules of California state and federal courts;Extensive experience in appearing in court in commercial litigation, intellectual property or other related fields;Excellent legal writing, analysis and research skills;Excellent trial skills, including case presentation, witness questioning and defense skills;Good communication skills and the ability to maintain efficient collaboration with clients and teams;Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a high-intensity work environment;Proficient in English, multilingual skills (such as Mandarin) are preferred;Have a high sense of professional ethics and responsibility.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance bonuses;Professional training and career development opportunities;Flexible work policy and friendly work environment;Support for continuing education and professional training (MCLE);Expense reimbursement (such as trial-related travel expenses, etc.).Work LocationCalifornia or remote work
