The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.Role Responsibilities: Administer service contracts to optimize profits, verify obligations are met, ensure customer satisfaction and retentionProactively monitor, pursue, and assist with the selling of field service and repair opportunities to ensure pull-through revenue goals are metAssist leadership in driving on time, within budget completing service jobsManage all time charged to jobs including Procard transactions (billable vs non-billable)Manage accounts receivable and assist with the resolution of customer billing disputesProcure parts and materials for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service callsManage warranty and startup jobsComplete booking of new jobs and set up billing plansReview open orders daily to ensure timely completion of jobsEnsure timely and accurate billing of projects, service contracts, T&M, and fixed-price jobsRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMust have a valid Driver's License2+ years' of customer service experience6+ moths experience handling AR/AP for a sitePreferred Qualifications:2+ years of relevant HVAC service industry experience preferredStrong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAPBachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field preferred#LI-OnsiteRSRCAR Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
