You'll collaborate with the team and lead staff on various tax consulting and research matters, managing all phases of projects and engagements. From day one, you'll be empowered with high-quality tools and resources to meet client needs and achieve your goals confidently.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries from state and other tax authorities.Lead client relationships and work effectively with management to gather information and perform tax services.Guide team members in resolving client problems or tax issues during preparation.Understand client operations, processes, and business objectives to inform engagement strategies.Participate in professional development and training sessions regularly.Manage multiple client projects and tasks simultaneously.Lead sales presentations and support business development activities.Attend to other duties as assigned.Technical Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in accountingMinimum ten years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experienceCPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in TaxationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skillsAbility to travel as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
