Support strategic initiatives including exit strategies, M&A, and capital raising, as we are profitable, self-funded, and debt-free with projected $107 million revenue. Manage relationships with our extensive client base of 40,000 alumni from Fortune 500 companies. Create transformative experiences for high-level clients, including Fortune 500 executives, Inc 5000 entrepreneurs, and Ivy League leaders. Support engineering teams in developing advanced software-centric platforms for performance enhancement. QualificationsMBA degree or equivalent. Strong leadership, financial, sales, and customer service skills. At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources with top talent. Global mindset and entrepreneurial skills.
