Position: CRE Investment and Asset Management Associate About You: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about real estate investment? Do you pride yourself on your analytical and writing skills? If you're a problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments and can juggle multiple tasks with ease, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Provide underwriting, due diligence, and closing support during major capitalization events: construction financings, recapitalizations, dispositions, and acquisitions. Interact with investment, development, property management, leasing, and accounting teams, with direct reporting to the President and Head of Asset Management. Offer analytical support to Ownership, senior members of Asset Management and Leasing teams. Timely prepare and coordinate Ownership, Investor and Lender deliverables. Oversee day-to-day asset management responsibilities for select projects, including market tracking and evaluating strategic financial decisions that have a direct impact on the asset performance. Prepare comprehensive annual strategic plans for individual assets across various asset classes and locations. Coordinate semi-annual and quarterly reporting processes, collaborating with senior asset managers and investment analysts. What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in institutional real estate investment/asset management preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and discounted cash flow proforma construction. Excellent quantitative skills and ability to create financial models effortlessly. Knowledge of financing and underwriting methodologies, with experience in Argus desired. Outstanding writing and investment report preparation skills. Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Location: This position is located in Bethesda, MD. We do offer a flexible hybrid office work schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office and some travel for work may be required. Why May Riegler?
