Payroll & Benefits Manager

Infiltrator Water Technologies, headquartered in Old Saybrook, CT, is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance. This role will oversee a team of HR / Payroll professionals supporting an organization of over 1,000 employees in multiple locations. As part of a larger corporation within a public company, this role will collaborate with HR teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR operations. This role will be responsible for:Managing the entire payroll process within IWTOversee Benefit AdministrationEnsure HR complianceServe as system administrator for all HR systemsManage KPIs for the departmentOversee daily workflow for the departmentThe ideal candidate should have: A degree in HR, Business, or related field7+ years managing payroll, benefits, and HR complianceIndustry-recognized payroll certification is a plus Excellent communication and computer skills
