CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting Vehicle Title Support Representative for a long term contract opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area.Vehicle Title Support Representative Location North Fort Worth, TX | OnsiteCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18.00 - $20.00/hour BOE • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday • W2, Long-term ContractROLE IMPACT The Vehicle Title Support Representative ensures accurate and timely title processing for the Auto Financial Services portfolio, supporting vehicle registration, state-to-state and lease transfers. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding lien integrity and title compliance, while also enhancing customer and vendor communication workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage title documentation • Execute state-to-state and lease-to-retail vehicle title transfers • Complete title corrections and ensure accurate data entry • Research and resolve title deficiencies, supporting vendor exception reports • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders via phone and emailMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2 years of previous vehicle title processing experience preferred • Strong research and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Title management platforms • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) • State DMV systems • Document tracking/reporting toolsPREFERRED SKILLS • Commercial vehicle title experience • Ability to work across multiple title workflows • Effective in ambiguous or variable process conditionsLEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
