LEAD Building Maintenance Technician

Are YOU our Mr. or Mrs. Right; we could be yours!!! Want to be YOUR own BOSS, with on-the-job training if you need it?!?!? We have 100 apartment units of which we handle all maintenance "in-house". We are seeking someone with a MINIMUM of 2 years but prefer much longer job history---meaning, you must have maintained a minimum of at least 2 years work history with prior employer(s). We mow, paint, work on electricity, plumbing, and cleaning which may consist of cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors & more. As well as many other duties like stripping out a floor to laying a new one, to working on garbage disposals to HVAC (heating & cooling), and / or other general maintenance of rental property.
