In this role, therapists work independently in a primary care setting, with all clients referred directly by on-site physicians. The intake team handles initial scheduling, while therapists manage follow-up care and patient engagement.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Location:locations available in Chandler and Tempe AZ Pay : $63,000-$65,000/year (or more DOE) Bonus:$5,000 Sign On Bonus + Quarterly Productivity Bonuses (up to $17k/year) Shift : Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) Supervised Hours:Yes Type : Direct Hire/PermanentKey Responsibilities Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy for a variety of mental health concerns, primarily depression and anxiety Collaborate with primary care providers to support whole-person care Manage and follow up with referred patients to ensure engagement and progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Meet monthly productivity goals (89 clinical hours) Educate clinic staff about services and develop strong referral relationshipsQualifications Active license in Arizona or Utah (AMFT, LMSW, or LAC) Minimum 2 years post-master's experience preferred but new grads are welcome Associate-level therapists accepted with required clinical supervision (1 hour/week) Strong communication, rapport-building, and engagement skills No board actions Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
