Job Title: Treater Truck/Delivery DriverFLSA Status: Non-Exempt, HourlyCompetitive wages, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and company contribution to a retirement plan.Job Summary Providing chemical treatments to oil wells according to customer specifications and company processes. Maintenance and safe operations of vehicles used to deliver chemicals to customers and warehouse.Essential Duties - other duties as assigned Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment Properly load trucks Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build up, etc. Timely completion of treatment reports (electronic format) Maintain driver logs, according to DOT regulations Work well independently and as a team Provide excellent customer serviceQualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma, GED, or 3 years in oil and gas industry preferred. Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement preferred, Class B CDL with Hazmat Endorsement required.Driving Requirements: Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations.Physical Requirements - Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, smell and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.Work Environment - Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the basin(s). Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.Language Skills - Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS), operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending. Bi-lingual is beneficial.Computer Skills - Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and Microsoft programs for recording daily deliveries.Work Ethic - Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
