With more than 25 years serving the community, the practice offers a loyal patient base, strong referral network, and excellent support for subspecialty development.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Our Practice:Established Team & Growing Practice- Currently staffed by 4 full-time urologists and 4 PAs, with plans to add 6 more urologists and 7 additional PAs. Dedicated Urology Hospitalist- Inpatient work is fully supported, significantly reducing call burden for clinic-based physicians. Advanced Technology- Includes2 Da Vinci Xi robots ,EPIC EMR ,Dragon dictation , and AI scribe support (in pilot phase). Streamlined Workflow- Productivity and compensation tracked in real-time with dedicated software. Diverse Clinical Opportunities- Focus on your interests, including: Female incontinence Cystectomy Advanced cancer cases Nephrectomy Robotic prostatectomy Vasectomy reversals Undescended testiclesOur Opportunity:4-Day Workweek- 3 clinic days and 1 dedicated OR day Efficient Call Schedule- No more than 5 days/month, with PAs taking first call Balanced Workload- Average of 30 patients per day, with procedures scheduled on the hour Mentorship Available- Supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providersCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary : $545,971 (50th percentile), with current physician earnings averaging over $636,000 Productivity-Based Incentives- Adjusted compensation after the first year, based on WRVU data (reviewed semiannually) $50,000 Start Bonus- Paid with first paycheck Student Loan Assistance- Up to $100,000 over five years Relocation Assistance- Up to $22,000 Full Benefits Package- Includes medical, dental, vision, and paid malpractice CME- $4,000 annual allowance and 40 hours of paid time PTO- 200 hours per year (includes holidays, vacation, sick time, and paid family leave) Licensing Reimbursement- Oregon medical license and DEA fees covered Retirement Plans- 401K, 457B, and 457F Time Off Built Into Productivity Expectations- wRVU benchmarks already account for 6 weeks off annually (PTO, CME, holidays)The Community:Prime Location- Easy access to Portland, the Oregon Coast, and the Cascade Mountains Tax-Friendly Living- No state sales tax and a lower cost of living than many West Coast cities Great for Families- Excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and abundant outdoor recreation
