***This role requires in-person services and is not remote***Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Job Title:Board Certified Behavior Analyst- 1-tier model Company Name:Hope For Ohana Location(s): San Jose, CA and surrounding areas Hours:30 hours/week (Direct + Indirect work). Job Description: Hope For Ohana is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, developing treatment plans, developing individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention goals, conducting 1:1 direct therapy with clients, collecting data, and training caregivers.Key Responsibilities: - Provide1:1 direct behavior therapy to clients , including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs. - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans. - Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.Qualifications: - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. - Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA. - Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. - Strong leadership skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits: -Monthly Bonus ($400-$800/month) - Sick pay -CEU reimbursement - Bi-yearly BCBA Recertification fee - 1:1 mentoring and coaching -Holiday Pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance -Sign-on bonus -Referral Bonus - Retirement Plan- 3% Match -Conference reimbursement -Mileage and drive time reimbursementAdditional Information: Starting compensation will range $115,000-$120,000/year based on experience with monthly bonuses.
