Summary PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Part Time & Full Timepositions available!! Part Time = 20-24 hours/week**For Full Time, thepay rangefor this position is $60k-70k + medical benefits + PTO** (compensation dependent on licensure & experience - prorated for part time)**FlexibleSchedule : sometime in the following ranges: 5 days 1-9pm M-F or 9-3pm Sat; or 4 10 hour days, 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm**Founded in 2006, PM Pediatrics is the nation's largest pediatric urgent care provider as well as a national telehealth company expanding services to meet all of the physical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs of children.Description Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients dailyQualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field required Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW- NY) MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patients Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds Knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent short-term counseling skills Experience with discharge planningCompensation: Compensation Dependent Upon Location and ExperienceThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
