This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team that manages the complete revenue cycle process across multiple clinic locations.Job Description: We're seeking experienced and detail-orientedFull Cycle Medical Billersto join the central billing office team. These roles will focus on AR follow-up, denied claims management, appeals, and payment posting. Ideal candidates will have orthopedic billing experience and strong technical and system navigation skills.Key Responsibilities: Work insurance AR from all aging buckets, including follow-ups, adjustments, and appeals. Investigate and resolve denied claims in a timely and thorough manner. Prepare and submit documentation and appeals to payers, including medical records as needed. Accurately enter and manage patient and insurance payment data. Generate and review patient statements and billing reports. Collaborate closely with team leads and management to meet performance goals. Assist in additional billing tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of AR follow-up and full cycle billing experience in orthopedics. Solid understanding of commercial and government insurance, EOBs, and denial resolution. Experience with EPIC workqueues highly preferred; Athena, Cerner, and other EHRs acceptable. Comfortable with multiple systems, navigating databases, and tech platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or GED (must provide proof). Strong references required that can verify recent billing scope.
