You'll play a critical role in clinical care, administrative support, and team collaboration.What You'll Do: Patient & Clinical Care Conduct patient intakes and screenings (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) Take vital signs, assist with lab draws, and support medication administration Assist in treatment plans, patient discharges, and therapeutic care Provide emotional support and track patient progressAdministrative & Team Support Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation Schedule and coordinate appointments and referrals Escort patients to sessions, support group therapy, and communicate with the care team Uphold a safe, supportive, and confidential environmentTravel Requirement: Must be comfortabletraveling between Orange County and San Bernardino Countyas needed for clinic coverage and patient careWhat We're Looking For: Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) is a HUGE PLUS NOT A MUSTwith an Associate's degree or related certification,AA degree not requiredbased on other education considered.
