The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with a passion for quality care and leadership. You will supervise a team of nurses and therapists, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive positive health outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Direct the home care team, ensuring compliance with established workflows and protocols Hire, train, and support nursing and therapy staff Monitor care quality in homes, board and care homes, and nursing facilities Ensure accurate documentation and implementation of participant care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Continuously assess effectiveness of services and adjust strategies accordingly Qualifications: ActiveCalifornia RN License(Required) Bachelor's Degreein Nursing preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ yearsexperience in home health care, ideally serving elderly or frail populations Strong clinical judgment and team leadership skills Knowledge of geriatric care, care planning, and home health standards
