What We Offer: Annual Salary:$400,000-$600,000 Beginning the second year, there is a profit or partnership available Productivity bonusfrom 50k to 100k Sign-On Bonus:$50,000 Relocation Assistance:Up to $10,000 CME/Licensing Support:$1,000 annually Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of PTO per year 5 Sick Days per year 7 Paid Holidays 5 CME/Personal Days Comprehensive Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat disorders of the female pelvic floor, including urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate Collaborate with primary care physicians, OB/GYNs, and other specialists to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with practice and regulatory standards Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Support the practice's commitment to quality care and excellent patient experience Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Board Certified/Eligible in Urology or Urogynecology Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care Why Riverside?
