We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental, and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture.As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will interact daily with all plant personnel (supervisors, maintenance, operators, and distribution) to ensure products are produced within specifications, including necessary laboratory testing. You will coordinate activities to ensure adherence to the site's quality management system, including data management in SAP and/or various LIMS systems. As the site non-conformance coordinator, you will ensure that root cause investigations are performed and effective corrective actions are identified. You will also track and report site quality KPIs as required and serve as a delegate for the Site Quality Manager, where applicable.As a QA/QC Coordinator, you create chemistry by...Maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. Coordinating activities to ensure adherence to the site's quality management system, including data management in SAP and/or various LIMS systems, and internal auditing. Generating required Certificates of Analysis as needed. Ensuring continuous lab operations to support manufacturing, which may include support of routine QC testing, data review, and record management. Serving as site non-conformance coordinator by ensuring root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective actions. Supporting shelf-life management and/or re-release activities, as required. Providing technical assistance for process adjustments and laboratory troubleshooting, as needed. Helping coordinate non-routine testing and/or continuous improvement initiatives as needed.If you...Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Hold a BS/BA degree in Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields (preferred) . Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in QA and QC with a degree . Possess at least 10 years of experience in QA and QC without a degree. Have working knowledge of Quality Systems (e.g., ISO9001, LIMS, SAP). Demonstrate applicable knowledge of laboratory analytical and/or microbiological testing techniques. Show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for various internal stakeholders.
