site role based in Los Angeles CA As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in overseeing field activities and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects particularly in the aviation and infrastructure sectors Key Responsibilities On Site Coordination and OversightOversee and coordinate daily construction activities between contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on the job siteMonitor construction progress ensuring compliance with engineering designs schedules and safety protocolsProject Monitoring and ReportingReport project status including schedule adherence budget tracking and any potential delays to the project and construction managersAddress project delays promptly and proactively coordinating solutions with relevant teams and stakeholdersTeam CollaborationWork closely with office engineers project managers and construction managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment between on site activities and project objectivesProvide technical support and resolve on site engineering issues that arise during the construction processQuality Control and SafetyEnsure that all construction work adheres to quality standards regulatory requirements and safety protocolsAssist in conducting safety inspections and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulationsDocumentation and ComplianceMaintain accurate records of field activities project milestones and changes to the scope of workEnsure that project documentation is updated including RFIs submittals and field reportsMinimum Qualifications Educational RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related technical fieldA Masters degree or advanced coursework in construction management is a plusLicensing and CertificationLicensed Engineer preferred by the California Board of Professional Engineers or eligible for licensureCertifications such as AAAE LEED PMP PE or any other relevant professional certifications are highly preferredExperience0 5 years for Junior Level5 10 years for Mid Level15 years for Senior LevelPrevious experience on aviation or infrastructure projects is strongly preferredCompensation 62k 104k The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the states law Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual
