Who We Are: * · Design, Build, Install High Purity Water Systems across a variety of industries * · Service and Customer Focused * · Team Oriented * · Experts in the Industry * · Strong Culture What We Offer: * · Work atmosphere that encourages teamwork, integrity, and excellence * · Training, tools, and support for employees' development * · Trajectory of personal and professional growth * · Market-competitive and experienced-based compensation * · Generous benefit package Who You Are: * · Strong mechanical aptitude or interests * · Familiar with mechanical components (pumps, valves, piping, flanges, etc.) * · Enjoy learning new technologies * · Find joy in serving others and solving problems * · Enjoy working independently as well as on a team * · Determined to finish the job * · Take pride in working safely Experience: * · 5+ years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, field service, or electrical role, preferably in customer-facing setting * · Ability to diagnose and solve/recommend solutions to mechanical and/or electrical problems * · High school diploma or GED * · Able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Job Responsibilities: * · Service and maintain mobile high-purity water systems of varying degrees of complexity for the PFI Mobile Division * · Collaborate with the mobile service management to perform diagnostic and troubleshooting measures that impact water system efficiency * · Assist the mobile team in delivery of mobile water systems * · Establish and maintain effective, trusted working relationships with customers * · Provide thorough documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures of work performed and services provided to customers * · Use safe work practices while driving, working in the shop, and working at customer sites; following customer rules * · Serve in rotation for on call mobile emergency services * · Significant local travel, plus average 7 overnights/month based on customer needs and location * · Job functions require ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., climb steps and ladders, walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl, and reach on a routine basisob Responsibilities: Benefits: * Competitive base pay * Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (with company contributions), and more * $1 for $1 401k match up to 4% with company tenure * 9 Company-paid holidays * Generous personal time off that increases with tenure * Education assistance * Employee referral bonus program * Ongoing training and development by internal and external industry experts Post-offer, pre-employment background checks and drug tests are required for all positions, additionally, this position requires pre-employment physical agilities test.
