ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative's Core Values * Provide Superior Customer Service * Highest Standards of Integrity and Trust * Continuous Improvement * Being a Good Partner Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers Safely operate tank trucks to haul crude oil from production sites to terminals Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment in accordance with DOT and company policy Accurately complete required paperwork, electronic logs, load tickets, and inspection reports Follow Heritage Cooperative standard operating procedures for loading and offloading, ensuring proper safety and environmental practices Communicate any incidents, equipment issues, or delays immediately to dispatch Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness for next shift Work in coordination with site personnel and terminal operators to ensure timely and safe transfers Other duties as assigned by your supervisor REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license, with acceptable driving record Class A CDL * DOT Medical Certificate * (N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement * (H) Hazardous Materials Endorsement Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA regulations Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Ability to frequently sit for extended periods of time Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 75 pounds Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills Respectable Mechanical Skills Must be at least 21 years of age 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or Equivalent TWIC Card SafeLand Certification Strong understanding of oilfield regulations WHY HERITAGE?
