Responsibilities * Professional Technical Support: Provide creative problem-solving skills in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced vision inspection machines. * Customer Care Advocate: Build strong customer relationships and support business development. * Facilitate Technology Advancement: Gather customer feedback to improve existing technologies and develop new products. Key Qualifications * A recognized Diploma / Advance Diploma / Degree in Science & Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science or equivalent. * Preferably with experience in servicing or using automated inspection equipment (SPI, AOI and AXI). * Strong communication skills. * Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. * Possesses own transport and is willing to travel extensively across the USA. * Positive attitude & flexibility to accommodate conference calls with Headquarter. * Applicants from Texas, the Southeast region & Canada are welcome.
